Com a operação Lava Jato, o trabalho da criminalística da Polícia Federal ganhou destaque. É a perícia criminal que atua como os olhos da justiça, que identifica provas materiais, aponta suspeitos ou até mesmo inocenta-os. Diante da importância desse trabalho, que é baseado na aplicação dos princípios das Ciências Forenses, a Associação Nacional dos Peritos Criminais Federais promove a exposição “Perícia Criminal: os Olhos da Justiça”. É um convite para uma imersão no mundo CSI na capital paranaense, que é palco da Lava Jato.

ROBERTO DARÓSAgente da Polícia Federal com mais de 30 anos de carreira, o advogado Roberto Darós propõe mexer em toda a estrutura da segurança pública para diminuir os números da violência. A principal sugestão? Acabar com o inquérito policial e, por consequência, com o cargo de delegado.

“O modelo de investigação criminal está falido. Hoje ela se centra no inquérito policial, que foi criado pela Princesa Isabel em 1871. A forma de apuração artesanal é a mesma até hoje.”
